Position Summary: Regional Engineer responsible for technical direction, execution control, oversight of railway supervision, and regulatory compliance assurance for a railway section. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership in freight and passenger railway projects. 2. Experience in coordinating railway construction works or railway oversight. 3. Key role in supervising and ensuring regulatory compliance for railway sections. **REGIONAL ENGINEER** ======================= Technical direction, execution control, supervision of railway oversight, and regulatory compliance assurance for a specific segment or section of the railway corridor. **Requirements and Competencies** * Civil Engineer or Transport and Highway Engineer, with postgraduate studies (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in railway engineering or related fields within the railway sector. * Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience counted from the issuance date of the professional license. Must provide evidence of a valid professional registration. * Minimum six (6) years of certified experience in one of the following areas: * Coordinator of construction works or railway oversight in freight and passenger railway projects. * Railway expert, or Specialist Regional Engineer, or Resident Engineer, or Coordinator, or Territorial Engineer, in railway construction or oversight projects for freight and passenger railways. * Superintendent in railway engineering projects for freight and passenger transportation. * Must hold a professional license issued by the competent authority. * Ambition and Vision * Rigor and Compliance * Knowledge * Delivery Orientation Place of Employment: Pacific Project Cali\-Buenaventura
