Please note that only resumes meeting all stated requirements and including complete supporting documentation will be considered:* * *Updated resume* * *Academic certificates* * *Employment certificates* * *Copy of national ID card at 150% scale* ***Requirements***: **Academic qualification:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering. **General experience:** Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in building construction and/or construction monitoring or inspection activities, with knowledge of: Building construction processes; reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings; preparing and reviewing technical specifications; visually identifying damage or defects in structural elements; measuring and quantifying construction work volumes; fundamental structural concepts; preparing field records and reports. **Main responsibilities include:** * Conducting site visits and visual inspections of buildings designated by the Client. * Identifying, locating, and descriptively recording visible damage using project-provided forms, photographs, and tools. * Preparing an inventory of identified damages for each property. * Performing necessary measurements to determine quantities of work required for repair activities. * Supporting the preparation of estimated repair budgets using the Unit Price Analyses (UPA) provided by the Client. * Recording and consolidating field visit data in established formats or tools. * Organizing and delivering records, photographs, and other supporting documentation for each inspected property. * **Contract type**: Project-based or labor contract. * **Work modality:** On-site (Monday to Saturday) * **Workload:** 100% * **Work location:** Cali, Valle del Cauca * **Monthly salary:** $3,500,000 + statutory benefits. **Objective:** Execute visual damage assessment and inventory activities for buildings.
