Procurement and supplier management SOLUTEMP SAS, a leading company in Human Resources Management with over 3,000 employees and nationwide presence, requires a User Support Coordinator for one of its client companies in the cleaning sector, to be based in Girardot, Cundinamarca. Requirements: - University degree in administrative fields - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions - Intermediate Excel skills Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, execute, and control the procurement of goods and services required for the company's operations, including consolidating purchase requests, generating and approving purchase orders, selecting, evaluating, and re-evaluating suppliers, as well as measuring management indicators. · Carry out supplier selection processes according to the organization's specified policies. - Monitor purchase requests. - Approve purchase orders. - Identify, organize, and classify purchases with precision and certainty regarding the organization's requirements or needs. - Prospect, negotiate, and keep the company's supplier catalog updated. - Manage updates to the reference and pricing catalog. - Conduct negotiations for the purchase of supplies and ensure timely supply from suppliers. - Review purchase orders and quotations to obtain the best conditions in terms of quality, service, and cost.
