On-site technical support and customer communication Main Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on banknote and coin counting equipment at customer sites. • Conduct technical diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and replacement of spare parts to ensure proper equipment operation. • Provide on-site technical support in accordance with the company's established quality and service standards. • Maintain effective communication with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring timely and satisfactory service.
