Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on banknote and coin counting machines, including diagnostics, repairs, and on-site technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on cash handling equipment 2. On-site technical support and customer service 3. Technical analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of faults Main Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on banknote and coin counting machines at customer sites. • Conduct technical diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and replacement of spare parts to ensure proper equipment operation. • Provide on-site technical support, adhering to the company's established quality and service standards. • Maintain effective communication with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring timely and satisfactory service.
