We are seeking an Engineering Analyst with expertise in work measurement and methods analysis to oversee production output of sewing operators, establish standard time measurements, develop operational routing plans, improve efficiency and minimize non-productive time, generate management performance reports, design plant layouts, and conduct modular line balancing. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. – Preferably male or female candidates aged 18 to 40. – Strong interpersonal communication skills. Education: Industrial Sewing Technology Degree or Garment Production Supervision Certification. Skills: Analytical, Proactive, Stress tolerance under pressure. – Proficiency in flat-bed, overlock, and collar machines. – Decision-making capability. – Ability to train and develop personnel. Salary: $1,600,000. – Working hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; overtime pay provided. Employment type: Full-time.
