This position reports directly to the **Controller** and plays a key role in supervising and training the accounting team in Colombia, ensuring accurate and efficient processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and train the accounting team * Analyze transactions and monthly reconciliations * Coordinate the monthly accounting close * Review and approve transactions in the accounting software * Record adjusting and accrual journal entries per GAAP * Prepare financial statements and reports **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting * 5 years of experience in general accounting * 1 year of supervisory experience * Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS * Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) * Skills: analytical thinking, adaptability, effective communication, professional ethics **Schedule and Contract:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (COT) * Indefinite-term contract \#Financial25 Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term
