**RESIDENT OF OVERSIGHT** **Civil Engineer / Transport Engineer** **Pitalito, Huila – Salary negotiable** The company **CUBIKO OBRAS Y CONSULTORÍA S.A.S.** is seeking a **Resident of Oversight** to support the supervision, control, and technical monitoring of infrastructure projects in the municipality of **Pitalito, Huila**. **Required Profile:** * Professional in **Civil Engineering** or **Transport Engineering**. * Minimum experience of **1 to 2 years** in oversight activities, construction supervision, civil works control, or similar projects. * Knowledge in reviewing work quantities, quality control, preparation of technical reports, logs, schedule monitoring, and applicable regulations. * Proficient in office tools and technical software (AutoCAD, Project, or others). * Strong fieldwork capability, assertive communication, and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out daily monitoring of construction activities. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, current regulations, and contractual conditions. * Prepare technical, photographic reports, and progress reports. * Support processes for reviewing work quantities and quality control. * Coordinate with technical and administrative teams the necessary actions for project execution. * Maintain continuous communication with oversight and involved parties. **Offer Conditions:** * **Work Location:** Pitalito, Huila. **Salary:** Negotiable based on profile and professional background.
