Role Objective Participate in the analysis, development, migration, and optimization of processes in IBM BPM / BAW, supporting enterprise automation initiatives. Required Profile Academic Background: Professional or technologist in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years working with IBM BPM or IBM BAW. Experience in process development, maintenance, or evolution. Essential Knowledge Experience with IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) BPM process modeling and development BPM platform migration or modernization Integration via REST and SOAP services JavaScript knowledge Object-oriented programming Desirable: HTML / CSS API consumption Experience in production environment deployments and support Personal Competencies Analytical ability Proactivity Continuous improvement orientation Assertive communication Teamwork Key Responsibilities Analyze existing processes and applications in IBM BPM Execute process and toolkit migrations to IBM BAW Adjust and optimize coaches, services, and integrations Participate in functional and integration testing Collaborate on application deployments and support in enterprise environments Employment Conditions Location: Fully remote, nationwide Contract Type: Payroll-based Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: To be agreed upon. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 1 year of experience Keywords: developer, programmer, business, business, home, remote, remote, telework, home
