A prominent company is currently seeking a Technical or Technologist professional in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields to strengthen its technical support team. - Primary Responsibility: Provide technical support for tablet-type devices running the Android operating system, ensuring continuity and proper functionality of the devices and their peripherals through incident response, diagnosis, and resolution. - Required Knowledge: Operating Systems: Windows, basic Linux, and macOS (user level). Networking: Basic TCP/IP concepts, router/switch configuration, and Wi-Fi networks. Hardware: Component diagnostics and replacement (RAM, disks, peripherals). Secure data erasure tools. Basic cybersecurity: antivirus, password policies, and backups. Technical documentation: Recording procedures and solutions in a knowledge base (proficiency in Microsoft Excel required). - Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience performing technical support and maintenance functions. Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, fixed shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + statutory benefits.
