Job Description Join and become part of ProCibernética! ✅ **DevOps Engineer** These are some role requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 2 years of combined experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture. * Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages. * Intermediate level of English. **Required Knowledge:** * Application development, testing, and QA. * Programming frameworks such as React or similar. * Python and SQL. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and guide system architecture (event-driven and multi\-tenant), ensuring resilience, high availability, and horizontal scalability. * Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure on GCP using containers with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and Service Mesh with Istio. * Implement automation and continuous deployments under the GitOps philosophy using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. * Configure and secure the network and observability layers, managing Cloud Load Balancers, VPN, Firewalls, WAF/Rules, and monitoring with Prometheus and Cloud Monitoring. * Manage security, secrets, and global configuration, administering identities with Keycloak, secure management with External Secrets / Cert Manager, and key\-value storage with etcd. * Orchestration and containers: Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Service Mesh (Istio). * GCP Cloud: Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Storage, IAM, Advanced Networking). * CI/CD and GitOps: Advanced automation with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. * Architecture and Data: Experience with event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, persistence in PostgreSQL, and multi\-tenant management with etcd. * Cloud Security: Implementation of Keycloak, Cert Manager, and External Secrets. * Code Comprehension: Ability to read and understand the team’s application logic written in Next.js (TypeScript), Python, and Java (APIs). **We Offer:** * Work Location: Bogotá. * Work Modality: Hybrid. * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Monthly food allowance. * Compensatory days based on seniority starting at 5 years. * Salary: Competitive, based on experience and profile.
