Technical specifications of the offer including whether invoicing is electronic, types of vehicles used, and any additional values to be presented. 3\. Payment methods (in case the terms specified in the “Payment” section cannot be accepted), as well as credit access requirements and processing duration. 4\. A commercial certification of products related to the purpose of this procurement. 5\. Updated RUT for year 2025 / economic activity matching the purpose of this procurement. 6\. Portfolio of additional services beyond those quoted. **Contracting** These terms of reference, the proposal submitted by the supplier, and where applicable according to our acquisition process, will serve as the basis for signing the contract by both parties, which will contain the obligations of each party and legal implications. **Payment** Fundación HIAS Colombia commits to pay the corresponding amount for the acquisition based on what is submitted by the supplier and approved by the supplier evaluation committee. Our payment policy allows a maximum of 30 calendar days after acceptance of goods and receipt of invoice(s).
