Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in commercial or data analysis. **Job Mission**: Manage advisor development through continuous monitoring, control, and performance feedback aligned with each segment’s methodology, management models, and results, to ensure achievement of company-defined goals and strategies, thereby generating well-being for individuals, profitability, and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor advisors’ work methodology (e.g., agenda, work plan, advisory and sales tools, management models). * Proactively propose strategies to the director based on analytics of figures, results, trends, and advisor profiles to achieve desired outcomes. * Support the director and advisors in monitoring incentive plans and potential claims; apply the relationship management model. * Conduct monitoring tailored to each advisor’s needs and jointly developed business development plan with the director, ensuring advisor growth. * Attend to clients of respective advisors as needed to resolve unexpected issues and provide advisory support. * Implement initiatives supporting customer acquisition via digital strategy. * Analyze customer databases to identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with advisors to analyze new business potential within their portfolios—e.g., new policies, cross-selling, renewals, upselling. * Support and monitor prospecting, scheduling, and telephone contact activities. * Address advisor inquiries and improve timeliness in advisor delivery of pending tasks. * Collaborate with advisors on customer retention. · **Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook (email), internet navigation, and proprietary management software. **Competencies:** Analytical skills, Critical thinking, Assertive communication, Active listening, Results orientation, Proactivity, Teamwork **Salary:** $6.415.000 **Work Location:** Medellín\- La Aguacatala **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Modality:** In-person **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
