




We are seeking a professional to provide support in HR administrative tasks. Main responsibilities include assisting with staff selection and hiring, handling administrative management of onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and payroll, and supporting the organization of training programs. The role also involves managing absences, leave requests, and vacation schedules, as well as maintaining up-to-date databases and files. Additionally, coordination with external HR consulting firms or management agencies will be required. A degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources is required, along with proficiency in HR tools and advanced Excel skills. At least one year of prior experience in similar positions is mandatory. Knowledge of the Agricultural Employment Regime and familiarity with Occupational Risk Prevention will be valued. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are essential.
