**Packaging Engineer** **About the Role** Develop innovative and competitive packaging solutions by leveraging technical expertise, material knowledge, and trend analysis. Ensure designs optimize logistics efficiency and sustainability, meet channel requirements, and enhance the consumer experience. **What You Will Do** * Design packaging for strategic and tactical projects, ensuring compliance with timelines. * Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities and define optimal conditions balancing performance, cost, logistics, and sustainability. * Plan and support packaging tests, assisting Product Analysts during test runs. * Research market trends to propose innovative packaging solutions. * Create technical data sheets for packaging materials and finished products based on internal and supplier specifications. * Prepare, consolidate, and analyze packaging\-related reports. * Implement policies and measures to ensure employee safety, asset protection, and compliance with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards. **Who We Are Looking For** * Degree in Mechanical, Design, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * 2–5 years of experience in production processes, packaging development, or product development. * **Desired technical skills:** Packaging design (Cape Pack), Drafting/Planimetry (AutoCAD), ERP (SAP), Microsoft Excel. * **Cross\-functional skills:** Logistics, materials, machinery and/or packaging processes, numerical analysis, attention to detail, and strong communication. * **Mandatory:** Conversational English (B2 level). **What We Can Offer You** Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well\-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
