Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to ensure the operational execution of human talent, welfare, OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Management System), road safety, and environmental management processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute personnel onboarding, contracting, and payroll updates. 2. Support recruitment, selection, and organizational welfare programs. 3. Coordinate implementation and monitoring of road safety and environmental management. At **Aliados en Crecimiento**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to ensure the operational execution of human talent, welfare, SG\-SST, and monitoring of road safety and environmental programs. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Technical or Technological degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in comprehensive human resources processes. * **Knowledge:** Payroll support, social security, and SG\-SST support. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute personnel onboarding, contracting, and reporting of payroll updates. * Support recruitment, selection, and organizational welfare programs. * Coordinate implementation and monitoring of the Road Safety Management Program (PESV) and Environmental Management. * Manage departmental documentation, filing, and SENA apprenticeship processes.
