Key role in continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes At OFIMA S.A.S., a leading provider of enterprise software solutions with over 35 years of experience, we are looking for a Process and Automation Analyst with a technical profile and operational focus, responsible for supporting the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions based on Zoho One, strengthening efficiency and standardization of internal processes. We seek an analytical, organized, and execution-oriented individual who actively participates in the configuration, validation, and support of automations, ensuring their proper functioning and adoption across different company departments. It is essential that the candidate has experience in Zoho One, process automation, functional support, and KPI development, as well as communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams.
