




Job Summary: This role leads project management—from defining objectives and scope with the client to facilitating the team and delivering results—ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and change management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead project management and change management processes. 2. Manage the product backlog and sprint planning. 3. Facilitate business understanding and remove impediments. • Establish project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client. • Facilitate the team’s understanding of the business and client requirements. • Manage the product backlog, including its initial definition and periodic refinement. • Select backlog items for each sprint and lead sprint planning. • Manage team time and capacity. • Maintain an up-to-date burndown chart. • Manage boards in Azure DevOps. • Help promptly remove impediments that team members cannot resolve on their own. • Manage customer acceptance of product increments and other deliverables presented during the sprint review meeting. • Help foster understanding of agile values, principles, and practices. • Manage communications with project sponsors and stakeholders. • Generate reports on team performance, sprint outcomes, and achieved milestones. • Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables and their publication in the appropriate repositories, per organizational guidelines. • Lead the change management process within the project. • Manage changes related to scope, budget, or timeline and communicate them effectively to the team so they can accept and adapt to them in a planned and controlled manner. • Help team members acquire the technical skills needed to perform their work, improve performance, and advance professionally. • Facilitate daily team meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Negotiation skills, Crisis management, Azure DevOps, Software development, Programming, Quality analysis, Leadership coaching People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head
