At G4S, we are looking for a Technological Media Operator to join our team. Location: Medellín Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract What Are We Looking For? Are you a high school graduate (any track) with over one year of experience as a Technological Media Operator and a currently valid Technological Media Operator course certificate? Then this vacancy is for you! What Will You Do? * Operate monitoring and communication equipment, verifying technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management system that may occur during service delivery, in accordance with client or company procedures and/or protocols. * Conduct security patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. * Execute specific surveillance operations using available technological media. * Ensure continuous integrity of communications, reporting all received and confirmed incident information, as well as any other relevant situations. * Prepare reports and incident/novelty reports. * Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for ongoing monitoring of routes, events, and updates. * Report various technical issues in the system. * Coordinate and support emergency evacuations. * Maintain constant communication with security supervisors. What Are We Looking For? * Valid security training course certification. * 1–3 years of experience in security, CCTV, radio operation, mobile phones, etc. * A strong positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
