Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN network connectivity, IP telephony, and videoconferencing. Responsibilities: Lead the enabler engineering team while maintaining strong long-term relationships with Tigo and Bancolombia teams, recognizing and addressing their needs through exceptional service delivery. Will be responsible for compliance with agreed service level agreements, ensuring functional escalation of cases, as well as leading thorough reviews of service incidents, problems, and events to drive corrective actions, consistently promoting smooth and effective communication among all members of the service model toward the client.
