We are looking for one (1) legal professional, preferably with a specialization in Commercial Law, to comprehensively lead the contract lifecycle with suppliers and contractors. The candidate must have more than five (5) years of experience in similar roles within mining, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, or service companies, with a strong focus on contractual management. **Additionally, expertise in the entire contractual cycle is required:** drafting, administration, monitoring, and control, as well as knowledge in negotiation and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
