Job Description
We are looking for a Labor Relations Analyst to strengthen our team. This person will be responsible for supporting legal labor management, ensuring proper case handling and regulatory compliance, and assisting with key processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
Analyze and manage cases related to labor law.
Provide support in labor relations processes.
Assist in the correct application of regulations regarding:
Enhanced job stability
Labor immunities
Prepare legal opinions and support decision-making.
Identify opportunities for improvement in labor processes.
Participate in process optimization and automation initiatives (desirable).
Required Profile
Law degree.
2–3 years of experience in labor law.
Specific knowledge in:
Enhanced job stability
Labor immunities
Labor case management
Specialization is not mandatory.
