Opportunity to operate forklifts/miniloaders if certified A leading environmental services and logistics company requires Logistics Assistants for its workforce. We seek personnel with strong physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Responsibilities: Perform material segregation, classification, preparation, and separation Start up and shut down equipment Feed conveyor belts with materials suitable for the process Prepare materials for dispatch to managers Clean equipment Compact shredded materials Operate forklifts and/or miniloaders (only if certified and competent to do so) Experience: At least 6 months performing equipment cleaning, material preparation, and warehouse organization Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Overtime pay Work schedule: Two shift types — rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
