The role involves supporting the implementation of the quality management system, verifying documents, processes, and products; participating in internal audits; analyzing data for continuous improvement; training staff; and coordinating with production. Candidates must possess knowledge of GMP, HACCP, temperature control, sampling, traceability, and recordkeeping. Competencies such as attention to detail, teamwork, assertive communication, and results orientation are highly valued.
