We are currently looking for a **Banking Processor** to join our Banking Operations team. This position is designed for professionals with experience in banking operations who enjoy working in dynamic environments, with emphasis on operational quality, process compliance, and timely resolution of requests. We seek organized individuals with strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and eagerness to grow within a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute operational processes related to banking services, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Manage and resolve routine-complexity operational requests in accordance with defined guidelines and policies. * Analyze information and monitor banking transactions and operations. * Escalate cases when appropriate, following internal processes. * Collaborate with the team and direct supervisor to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Ensure accuracy and quality of processed information. * Adapt to rotating shift schedules as required by operational needs. **Mandatory Requirements** * University degree (Bachelor's Degree), preferably in a related field. * Between **1 and 2 years of experience** in **Banking Operations** or operational processes within the financial sector. * Prior experience in banking operations, transaction processing, or financial services. * Native Spanish or **C2** level proficiency. * Intermediate English (**B1**) with ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting. * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. * Availability to work in a hybrid model from **Medellín**, and on rotating shifts as required by operational needs. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in Shared Services operations or consulting. * Knowledge or experience in **Insurance** processes. * Experience working under standardized procedures and meeting operational performance indicators. **Key Competencies** * Orientation toward learning and professional development. * Attention to detail and quality in execution. * Commitment to process and procedure compliance. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability and flexibility in response to operational changes.
