If you want to make a difference and leave your mark, we invite you to join our purpose. · Within our Shopper & Category team for the Modern Channel, we are looking for a person who wants to take on a strategic role in creating value with our customers and driving profitable growth of our categories. · We seek someone who thinks differently about categories—capable of transforming shopper data and insights into clear growth strategies, building value agendas with customers, and leading strategic conversations focused on results. · This role is ideal for someone who questions, builds, and transforms—bringing a strategic business perspective beyond point-of-sale execution. · Key Responsibilities: · Lead the Category Management process for customers and categories where Postobón holds category captaincy, actively collaborating with customers to develop promotional, pricing, display, and other plans that drive profitable category growth. · Design and implement efficient display and assortment strategies for assigned customers and channels, ensuring adherence to segmentation processes and correct point-of-sale execution. · Monitor and support the implementation of shopper-focused actions per category, generating valuable insights to strengthen Trade Marketing strategies and business development. · Coordinate and execute category growth strategies based on shopper knowledge of the assigned channel, developing segmentation, customer, multi-category, and Success Story initiatives.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: developer, programmer
