




**Purpose of the Position** Provide administrative, documentation, and operational support to management and various departments of the company, ensuring proper information flow, internal and external customer service, and execution of key daily activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage calendars, emails, and internal and external communications. * Support administrative processes related to sales and procurement. * Handle and organize physical and digital files. * Track payments, invoicing, and accounts receivable (as assigned internally). * Assist in preparing administrative reports and summaries. * Enter data into management systems, Excel, or accounting software as required. * Provide general support to management and other departments as needed. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Technical or technological degree in Administration, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, OneDrive). **Experience** * 1–2 years in administrative roles, customer service, or operational support. **Specific Knowledge** * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, formatting). * Preparation of administrative documents. * Knowledge of human resource management processes. * Organization and archiving. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Assertive communication. * Handling of confidential information. **Conditions and Compensation:** * Salary: COP $1,800,000 + statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Experience: * Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Mandatory)
