You’ll be shaping visual narratives across a wide range of content — from brand documentaries and corporate pieces to podcasts, vlogs, and social media campaigns. You’re someone who can craft emotion through pacing, colour, and sound — but also roll up your sleeves to manage digital channels when the edit timeline is quiet. Key Responsibilities * Edit high\-quality video content using **Adobe Premiere Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve** * Perform **colour grading** in **DaVinci Resolve**, ensuring a consistent and cinematic look * Create **basic animations and motion graphics** to enhance visual storytelling * Produce and refine edits across multiple formats including: * Corporate and brand videos * Podcast visuals and short\-form reels * Storytelling and documentary\-style pieces * Vlogs and social\-first edits (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) * Work closely with the creative team to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life with flair and precision * Manage **social media channels** and upload/publish edits when required * Oversee **basic website updates and content management** when not editing Skills \& Experience * 4\+ years of professional video editing experience * Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **DaVinci Resolve** * Strong sense of pacing, narrative structure, and visual rhythm * Experience in colour correction and grading * Familiarity with **basic animation / motion graphics** (After Effects or Resolve Fusion a bonus) * Knowledge of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for **social media video** * Highly organised, self\-directed, and able to manage multiple deadlines * Bonus: experience managing websites (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) Who You Are * A visual storyteller with a strong creative eye * Obsessed with detail and polish — you care about tone, music, and timing * Comfortable working independently but collaborative by nature * Adaptable — when editing slows down, you’re happy to jump into digital tasks like social scheduling or basic web updates Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Experience: * Adobe Premiere Pro: 3 years (Required) * Colour grade in Da Vinci Resolve: 2 years (Required) Job Type: Part\-time Expected hours: 25 per week Experience: * DA VINCI RESOLVE: 3 years (Required) * ADOBE PREMIER : 3 years (Required)
