Properly receive, store, and control supplies A renowned luxury hotel, part of a major international chain, requires a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** to join our team. ***Duties:*** * Support food preparation and setup according to recipes and established standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection in the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. * Receive, store, and control supplies following food handling regulations. * Assist with plating and order dispatch. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: 7 hours per day, 6 days per week, 1 day off per week. Rotating shifts. * Salary: $1\.750\.905 * Overtime pay, surcharges, benefits, and transportation allowance provided in accordance with applicable law. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant. * Knowledge of mise en place preparation. * Assistance in preparing menu recipes.
