**Position:** Payroll Analyst
**Location:** Medellín, Colombia
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday
**Job Description:**
* We seek a responsible Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for **Ecuador, El Salvador, Panama, and support for Colombia**, guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and social security legislation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute and review the full payroll process for employees in Ecuador, El Salvador, and Panama.
* Validate payroll changes, including earnings, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, overtime, absences, and disabilities.
* Review payroll results, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely correction.
* Coordinate payroll activities with external providers and service partners.
* Address employee inquiries related to payments, deductions, benefits, taxes, and social security.
* Provide guidance on payroll statements, tax certificates, and associated processes.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
* Experience in payroll administration and processing in Ecuador, El Salvador, Panama, Colombia, or Peru.
* Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, social security, taxation, and payroll processes.
* Experience working with payroll systems and external providers – ADP and Workday (not mandatory).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in multinational companies is highly valued.
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage.
