Polite and effective user support A prominent national technology company is currently seeking new talent to strengthen its workforce, focused on delivering on-site technical support solutions to end customers, with the following requirements: CERTIFIED OR GRADUATED TECHNICIAN or TECHNOLOGIST (MANDATORY) in systems, equipment maintenance, electronics, or related fields. Minimum TWO YEARS of certified experience providing on-site and remote technical support for computing equipment and peripherals. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups, operating system migration. Equipment setup and inventory management. Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, network administration, diagnosis and resolution of issues affecting laptops and desktops. Primary responsibilities include on-site support and hardware diagnosis. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset, domain joining and network configuration (IP and DNS), accurate case documentation and incident reporting, polite and effective user support. Conditions: Work location: MEDELLIN and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL REQUIRED); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), plus availability on Saturdays (not exceeding 44 weekly hours).
