Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter/waitress, service assistant, or in other customer-facing roles. Excellent personal presentation. Strong communication and service skills. Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Responsibilities Provide courteous and timely service to customers. Take and deliver food and beverage orders. Ensure an excellent service experience. Maintain order and cleanliness of assigned tables and areas. Support operational activities of the establishment. Comply with customer service protocols and standards. Working Conditions Position: Waiter/Waitress. Workplace: Itagüí, Antioquia. Number of vacancies: 3. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: Current Legal Monthly Minimum Wage + statutory social benefits. Schedule: Rotating night shifts between 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Days off: Rotating according to schedule.
