Your Mission in This Role You will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, presenting our technological solutions, and managing the full sales cycle: prospecting presentation negotiation closing post-sales support. Your purpose will be to drive commercial growth, foster client loyalty, and position our solutions in the corporate market. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing attentive and reliable service. Prospect opportunities among existing and potential clients. Follow up and strengthen long-term relationships. Record activities in the CRM and meet key performance indicators. What We Are Looking For: Completed high school education (preferably in commercial or technological fields). Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or corporate client service. Basic knowledge of technological solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Key Skills: Effective and persuasive communication. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Strategic negotiation. Emotional intelligence for managing commercial relationships. Proactivity, autonomy, and continuous learning. What We Offer: Working Hours: - Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Base Salary: COP $2,000,000 (net) Direct employment contract with all statutory benefits from day one.
