At Estrategia Segura S.A.S., a company with over 20 years of experience developing technological solutions for the solidarity and financial sectors, we are looking for a Commercial Executive with a consultative mindset, commercial discipline, results orientation, and passion for building high-value relationships. We are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We seek a professional who can understand the client’s business and align our solutions with their genuine needs. Who Are We Looking For? A professional who: Has strong commercial skills and a focus on closing deals. Can communicate effectively with managers, executives, and department leaders. Understands that selling means listening, diagnosing, and proposing solutions. Is disciplined in commercial follow-up (no open opportunities left unattended). Has ambition for growth and is results-oriented. - Ideal Profile Experience in B2B sales (ideally in technology or digital services). Ability to conduct commercial meetings (virtual and in-person). Capacity to structure value propositions. Basic knowledge of CRM or commercial tracking tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of organization and autonomy. - What Will You Sell? Specialized digital solutions for entities in the solidarity sector: Secure, manageable institutional websites CRM specialized for cooperatives Virtual branches Credit factory (automation of credit processes) Messaging services (mass email and SMS) Information security solutions Cloud solutions - Key Responsibilities Prospect new clients (savings and credit cooperatives, employee funds, mutual associations) Schedule and conduct commercial meetings Understand client needs and structure solutions Prepare commercial proposals (with technical team support) Conduct consistent follow-up until closure Maintain an updated sales pipeline Support negotiation and closure processes - Terms and Work Model Work Modality: 100% remote Compensation Model: Base salary + commissions per closed deal. High-value sales (recurring contracts with medium- and long-term duration). Consultative sales cycles (not transactional or fast-paced sales). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be determined based on profile, experience, and technical assessment results. - Important Note This position is NOT for mass telemarketing or impulsive sales.
