




Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized Technician for support and repair of multi-brand high-volume printers to diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment, ensuring efficient and timely technical service. Technical advisory to customers and ticket management We are looking for a Technician specialized in support and repair of multi-brand high-volume printers (inkjet, laser, and thermal). The candidate will be responsible for: diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, including superficial and deep repairs requiring internal component replacement, ensuring efficient and timely technical service. Experience must be verifiable. Responsibilities: - Diagnose technical failures in high-volume printers of various technologies (inkjet, laser, thermal). - Perform basic repairs such as cleaning, consumable replacement, and minor adjustments. - Execute deep repairs involving disassembly and replacement of internal parts. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. - Properly document procedures performed and replaced parts. - Provide technical advisory to customers on correct printer usage and maintenance. - Ticket management in helpdesk Requisites: - Technical education in electronics, systems, or related fields. - Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in printer repair and technical support. - Solid knowledge of internal components of multi-brand printers such as Ricoh, HP, Zebra. - Ability to perform rapid and accurate diagnostics. - Competence in identifying and replacing internal parts such as fusers, rollers, print heads, power supplies, among others. - Ability to handle specialized tools and repair equipment. - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Proactivity and effective problem solving. Position Conditions: Full-time work schedule. Hours: Monday–Friday 7 AM–4 PM; Saturdays 7 AM–1 PM.
