We are looking for an Engineer / Professional / Technologist in construction to fill the position of construction supervisor; your main responsibilities will be: * Supervise and coordinate field construction activities (structural work, finishing work, installations). * Ensure compliance with construction schedules and quality standards in construction processes. * Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. * Control the efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and site requirements. * Coordinate on-site technical staff, skilled workers, and contractors. * Prepare project budgets. * Budgetary control. * Knowledge of soil studies. * Knowledge of structural systems. * Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and Project. Position available in Envigado - Antioquia; **must be organized, methodical, and have at least two years of experience in structural projects, with willingness to travel if required** Employment type: Full-time
