Onboarding and follow-up support for new staff Job Objective: Plan, execute, and supervise the onboarding processes for operational staff joining retail locations; ensuring they correctly understand work protocols, equipment handling, processes, new product development, service standards, and achieve effective and rapid integration into their roles upon joining. Train newly hired staff on operational processes: customer service, quality standards, software usage, inventory management, cash handling, sales, hospitality, personal presentation, customer loyalty, protocol implementation, beverage and product presentation, soft skills (time management and conflict resolution), execution of operational and commercial processes as sales strategies, sales metrics, new product development, and practices compliant with the brand’s legal sanitary standards, hygiene regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Clearly and practically explain work protocols. Accompany new staff at retail locations to ensure correct execution of operational and commercial processes. Coordinate onboarding sessions with team leaders according to the needs or new products specific to each retail location. Ensure every new employee understands their role within the team. Ensure correct application of recipes, beverage preparation, and protocol presentation. New product introduction. Guarantee comprehensive training covering all operational responsibilities relevant to each position, for both newly hired and currently active staff. Update and reinforce knowledge of currently active staff. Collect feedback on the onboarding process and propose continuous improvements. Maintain up-to-date records and reports of completed onboarding sessions. Availability to support any operational area as needed. Identify, train, and evaluate the potential of employees undergoing training. Create visual and practical materials (videos, manuals, checklists) to facilitate employee learning—both for equipment operation and product handling. Support cleaning, organization, and sanitation tasks in the workplace and common areas. Work Location: On-site employment
