Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Analyst to evaluate and manage client corporate reputation through data analysis and strategic recommendations. Key Highlights: 1. Formulate reputation management strategies and provide recommendations Punto Cardinal Comunicaciones is looking for an INFORMATION ANALYST. **Job Mission:** Evaluate and manage the corporate reputation of clients who subscribe to this service, through measurement, analysis, research, and interpretation of monitoring results, providing them with strategic recommendations to improve their public perception. **Main Responsibilities:** · Evaluate and measure corporate reputation of client companies using specific methodologies. · Effectively analyze data and metrics using data analysis and statistical software to process and visualize data. · Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. · Conduct market research through studies and surveys for corporate reputation evaluation and assessment. · Develop detailed analytical reports and present findings to internal and external clients — including findings, risks, opportunities, and challenges. · Contribute to the formulation of reputation management strategies and provide strategic recommendations. · Propose and stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in corporate reputation evaluation. · Present analyses and reports to clients, generating added value for the business unit. **Requirements:** · Students in final semesters or recent graduates in fields such as: Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, or Statistics. · More than 2 years of research experience (including experience in research groups or academic seedbeds). · Solid knowledge of research through survey application. · Advanced data analytical skills and ability to work with data analysis tools. · Advanced proficiency in Power BI. **Key Competencies:** · Oral and written communication · Collaborative teamwork · Results orientation · Ability to translate data into concrete actions. **We Offer:** · Indefinite-term full-time contract. · Salary: $2\.500\.000 monthly · Work modality: Hybrid · City: Medellín Application Question(s): * Are you a student or graduate in fields such as: Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, or Statistics? * Do you have more than 2 years of research experience? * Do you possess advanced data analytics skills? * Which data analysis tools do you consider yourself an expert in?
