Opportunity for growth in a collaborative environment. **Process / Quality Assistant** **About the Role:** Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety, product and packaging technical specifications, and legal and regulatory requirements, while promoting continuous improvement, zero losses, and process optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to the Initiatives team in the validation of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products when required. * Actively participate in the Quality DOM (Daily Operations Meeting), with a focus on quality losses and continuous improvement. * Communicate quality incidents, OPLs (One Point Lessons), and lessons learned from Quality to Operations. * Train operational staff on quality-related topics when required. * Propose cost-saving and improvement plans for work methods that optimize the production process and reduce operating costs. * Manage non-conforming products. * Implement the quality plan. * Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **Who You Are:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Production, Quality, Laboratory, Systems, or related fields. * **Experience:** 0–1 year of experience in similar production or quality roles. * **Basic Knowledge:** Familiarity with Technical Manufacturing Standards (NTF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Standards and Norms, SAP, Office 365, and basic statistical analysis is desirable. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, teamwork, attention to detail, analytical thinking. **Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts)** **What We Offer:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
