Job Profile Secondary basic education (certificate in graphic arts or related fields is desirable). Minimum 1 year of experience operating cutting and guillotine machines in the graphic industry, with knowledge of different types of paper, cardboard, and other printing materials. Challenge: Operate and maintain cutting machines, ensuring precision and quality in cutting paper and other materials according to customer specifications and company standards. Responsibilities * Operate linear cutting machines, guillotines, or die-cutting machines depending on job requirements. * Adjust cutting parameters (pressure, speed, dimensions) based on material type and technical specifications. * Verify cut quality by measuring dimensions and ensuring absence of defects. * Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including lubrication and component adjustment. * Identify and resolve basic machine operation issues. * Optimize material usage, minimizing waste and maximizing utilization of paper or other supplies. * Ensure organization of the cutting area, maintaining order and cleanliness.
