Our goal: to build a highly profitable, scalable digital operation focused on customer experience. **Job Mission** Comprehensively manage digital sales channels (marketplaces and ecommerce), ensuring catalog visibility, content optimization, commercial execution, and alignment with marketing campaigns to maximize conversion and profitability. **Main Responsibilities** **Marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Falabella, Éxito, Puntos Colombia)** * Manage and optimize products, pricing, promotions, inventory, and content. * Execute commercial campaigns (hot sale, black friday, special promotions). * Monitor key metrics: turnover, sales, cancellations, reputation levels. * Analyze competition and identify improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with logistics to maintain availability and updated inventory. **Ecommerce (WooCommerce) \& Digital Content** * Upload and update products: photos, descriptions, SEO tags, prices. * Continuous website improvement: navigation, loading speed, user experience. * Implement and optimize landing pages and seasonal campaigns. * Coordinate with the marketing team to align paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads). * Manage remarketing and abandoned cart recovery. **Analytics and Reporting** * Prepare performance reports: sessions, conversion, AOV, UPT, digital KPIs. * Propose improvements based on data analytics and commercial performance. **Social Media and Content** * Coordinate content calendar on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta. * Support email marketing and customer loyalty campaigns. * Create conversion-focused content (copywriting, performance-oriented). **Requirements** * Professional or advanced student in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in ecommerce and/or marketplaces. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Power BI (desirable). * Familiarity with platforms such as WooCommerce (required), Meta Ads, Google Ads. * Proficiency in SEO and web content optimization tools. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, commercial focus. **Key Soft Skills** * Results-oriented * Autonomy and time management * Teamwork and effective communication * Continuous improvement mindset and constant learning Job type: Full-time, Indefinite Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have working in ecommerce or marketplaces? * Do you have direct experience uploading products, managing inventory, and running commercial campaigns on marketplaces? * On which of these platforms have you worked?
