If you are a **technologist or professional** in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, Finance, or related fields, and have **at least two years** of experience in comprehensive payroll processes within private companies—including accounting and payroll systems management, reconciliations, calculation of benefits and social security, as well as implementation of electronic payroll and management of medical leaves—this opportunity is for you. **Your responsibilities will include:** Ensuring the correct and timely processing, control, and recording of payroll and all labor and parafiscal obligations of the company, thereby guaranteeing compliance with current regulations, accuracy of accounting information, and employee satisfaction regarding salary and benefit payments. **Requirements:** Solid knowledge of labor legislation, comprehensive social security, and labor tax regulations (e.g., withholding at source, income and withholdings, etc.).
