Carry out payroll processing, social security, and other activities related to the payroll process efficiently and effectively. * Salary: $2,100,000 + transportation allowance * Contract: Permanent * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Location: Sabaneta **Knowledge:** * Knowledge and understanding of regulations applicable to their field of action (knowledge of labor legislation: social benefits, overtime, surcharges, social security, among others). * Proficient knowledge and use of payroll software. * Numerical aptitude * Intermediate level in office tools. **Responsibilities:** * Perform payroll calculations for different cost centers * Review and analyze payroll change reports submitted by various process leaders and report identified findings * Enter payroll system updates such as overtime, surcharges, loan deductions, salary increases, medical leaves, supplies, appointments, leave of absences, suspensions, among others * Register employee hires into the payroll system, print employment contracts * Process social security, pension, ARL, and compensation fund affiliations * Process social security settlements including corresponding updates * Generate flat file for payroll payment * Manage medical leaves Job type: Full-time
