As a Senior Process/Project Analyst, you will lead strategic initiatives for operational optimization and technological transformation within the financial sector. You will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient operational models, as well as managing end-to-end projects for Asset Management areas—ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities Elicit, document, and analyze operational processes related to financial business and Asset Management. Optimize existing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation. Manage medium- and large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to milestones, budget, timelines, and technological guidelines. Identify risks, impacts, and dependencies, proposing and implementing mitigation plans. Coordinate and closely collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams during initiative implementation. Evaluate, select, and oversee local and global technology platforms supporting operational models. Actively participate in implementing technology solutions for operations and investment funds. Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and executives, providing visibility into project progress. Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date documentation of all processes and projects. **Execute end-to-end tasks:** elicitation, documentation, quotation, coordination, implementation, deployment, and follow-up. Ensure that projects and implementations meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations. Your profile 5–10 years of experience in the financial market. In-depth knowledge of Asset Management business, including operational models for liquid, illiquid, and real estate funds. Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and optimizing financial sector processes. Solid project management experience, including risk management, budget tracking, and control. Familiarity with technologies, automation tools, and local and global financial operational platforms. Experience implementing technology projects for Investment Funds (Front, Middle, and Back Office). Advanced English, both written and spoken. Basic Portuguese (desirable). Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute tasks from start to finish. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior executives. You are analytical, organized, proactive, and adaptable to strategic changes.
