Coordinate comprehensive management for maintaining the Company's product inventory, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of generated information and ensuring the application of all established controls for safeguarding this asset. Ensure inventory reliability exceeding 95% between physical and theoretical counts. 2\. Generate, analyze, and apply adjustments derived from reports obtained from the inventory department and all documents affecting physical inventory and system kardex. 3\. Permanently control damage levels occurring at different sales points, warehouse, transfers, and storage, evaluating causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions. 4\. Analyze weekly the age of inventory stored in the warehouse and sales points, defining with the purchasing and commercial departments concrete actions for timely rotation. 5\. Report to the purchasing department any inventory exceeding appropriate turnover levels, considering variables such as merchandise cost and estimated selling time determined by the system. 6\. Guide and lead the team of inventory staff to plan, organize, control, and evaluate their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, ensuring achievement of the established inventory reliability target. 7\. Assign the team a daily, weekly, and monthly action plan. 8\. Regularly generate reports per sales point and warehouse, detailing identified losses, inventory turnover, and stockouts. 9\. Periodically and randomly verify that invoice entry into Syscafe complies with defined policies to ensure system-reported inventory reliability. 10\. Regularly audit goods receipt processes and kardex management. 11\. Analyze, supported by each generated inventory note, the sources of shrinkage, damages, or inventory discrepancies, applying necessary corrections to prevent recurrence. 12\. Analyze and identify the main sources of inventory breakage, defining actions to correct and prevent such situations. 13\. Monitor and reconcile stock for cyclic inventory types (unknown shrinkage) and negative stock. 14\. Perform warehouse labeling according to ABC criteria. 15\. Establish and maintain inventory nomenclature according to defined cost centers. 16\. Plan and implement continuous improvement actions related to the inventory area. 17\. Develop and implement a periodic inventory count plan based on portfolio type (groups and subgroups). 18\. Present a monthly report to the management committee demonstrating the application of at least one cumulative indicator. Job Type: Full-time
