Open and collaborative work environment People Experience Assistant / Andean and Caribbean Region ### **About the Role:** Provide comprehensive support to the People Experience area, directly supporting the Area Director and the managers reporting to them, to ensure efficient management of administrative, budgetary, logistical, and communication processes. This role actively contributes to the execution of employee well-being, organizational culture, and employee experience initiatives in the Andean and Caribbean regions. ### **What You’ll Do:** * Provide administrative and operational support to the People Experience Director and area managers. * Manage and monitor the area’s budget, including expense control, recordkeeping, documentation, and support in internal financial processes. * Coordinate travel planning, scheduling, and reservations, as well as expense and per diem legalization. * Support the organization of events, meetings, workshops, and other area activities. * Contribute to the execution of well-being, engagement, and organizational culture initiatives. * Support area communications—both internally within the People Experience team in the Andean and Caribbean regions and externally to employees. * Coordinate and track cross-functional administrative tasks, ensuring order, timeliness, and quality in execution. * Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting information for decision-making. * Serve as the primary contact point for internal requests related to People Experience. * Ensure appropriate, ethical, and confidential handling of area information. ### **Who We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Technical, technological, or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Previous experience in administrative assistance, leadership support, or Human Resources roles (preferred). * **Basic Knowledge:** **English B1**. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and corporate systems. Experience supporting regional or multicountry teams is desirable. * **Competencies:** Strong organizational and planning skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, confidentiality, effective communication, task prioritization, service orientation, collaborative teamwork, and autonomy in problem-solving.
