This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ---------------------- Support a team of Super Users and ensure configuration and support of warehouse, transportation, production, and enterprise management systems during medium- and high-complexity implementation projects for new customers and enhancements for existing customers in warehousing, packaging, and transportation operations in Colombia. **Requirements** ------------------ Professional in administrative or logistics fields, with minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, operating systems (WMS/ERP) support and configuration, key user support, project implementation and/or support, Office suite proficiency, Power BI / SQL. Ability to document systemic processes, test results, technical specifications, and system version control. **Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Provide operational support during hypercare and ongoing implementation phases (build and execute), address resolution actions, work on problem resolution and root cause analysis; 2\. Develop SQL scripts and provide technical system configuration; 3\. Create technical documentation (translate business requirements into language understandable by technical experts) and functional documentation (translate IT solution design into language understandable for non-technical business approval); 4\. Support translation rule mapping sessions for integration in EDI/API development; 5\. Gather requirements/master data and organize them for use in the system implementation phase; 6\. Execute unit and integration system testing and ensure compliance with requirements; 7\. Provide IT feasibility analysis and effort estimations for quotations related to improvement/implementation initiatives; 8\. Collaborate with clients, vendors, key users/Super Users, suppliers, and other IT technical teams on system implementation projects; 9\. Deliver IT product training for business and IT communities, demonstration sessions, and workshops supporting requirement gathering and solution design; 10\.
