**Project Support Advisor**

**About the role**
This role will be responsible for supporting contracting processes, vendor creation, purchase order management and invoice registration, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to project efficiency. It will also play a key role in document organization, administrative controls and coordination between teams and contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting contracting and procurement processes, coordinating contract generation, internal approvals and associated documentation.
* Managing vendor creation, due diligence processes and maintenance of records within internal systems.
* Providing support in issuing purchase orders, receiving, coding and registering invoices.
* Maintaining smooth communication with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual and administrative requirements.
* Coordinating distribution, retrieval and organization of relevant project documentation, ensuring traceability and information accessibility.
* Supporting logistical and administrative activities, including training coordination, importation and customs clearance when required.
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong attention to detail, organizational capability and skills to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
You will also have:
* A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience in procurement processes, contract administration, vendor management or project support.
* Experience working on projects, ideally in the mining, energy or natural resources industries.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and SAP will be valued.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams, proactively resolving challenges.
* Excellent organizational, planning, communication and time management skills.
