We require a staff member to perform cleaning and organizing tasks for the institution's infrastructure and other assets, with 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition, ensuring they are orderly and clean. * Keep the assigned work area in excellent condition regarding cleanliness and maintenance. * Conduct periodic inspections of tools, equipment, and institutional infrastructure (according to schedule), reporting findings to the immediate supervisor for action plan development. * Carry out continuous inventory updates, identification, and tracking of institutional equipment and tools under their responsibility. * Respond effectively and as quickly as possible to requests for cleaning, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Fully comply with work schedules established by the immediate supervisor to efficiently meet the institution's cleaning and maintenance needs for infrastructure and equipment. * Timely submit to the immediate supervisor requests for spare parts or supplies necessary for institutional maintenance and cleaning. * Assist with cleaning and upkeep of the institution whenever required. * Support the transportation of materials, resources, and equipment as needed within the institution. * Optimize the use of supplies and materials used for cleaning and maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** High school diploma Experience (1) year in similar positions **Offer Conditions:
