




The person for this position will be responsible for welcoming guests, performing check-in or check-out, providing hotel information and details about services included during their stay, delivering excellent customer service, addressing guest needs, and resolving any conflicts or incidents that may arise during their shift. Administrative management of the front desk and other assigned duties. The candidate must be proactive, pleasant, with excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Excel and internet use. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week which may or may not fall on Sunday. Job type: Full-time
