




Job Summary: The Case Manager will manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre-litigation, collaborating with clients, providers, insurance companies, and attorneys. Key Highlights: 1. Prepares demand packages and ensures deadline compliance The Case Manager will be responsible for managing Personal Injury (PI) cases from client intake through the pre-litigation phase. This role requires hands-on experience managing active cases with minimal supervision and direct collaboration with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys. Schedule and Work Mode: Full time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST (ON SITE - Colombia) Requirements: English language proficiency at B2+ level 1–2+ years of experience as a Case Manager handling Personal Injury (PI) cases in the U.S. Solid understanding of pre-litigation PI processes Experience with Filevine or similar case management software (PREFERRED) Responsibilities: Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre-litigation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide periodic case updates Coordinate medical treatments, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers Request, monitor, and track medical records and medical bills Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding PIP, BI, and related coverages Assist in preparing and organizing demand packages Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in Filevine Ensure timely deadline compliance and appropriate case progression. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education Years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Team management Keywords: leader, boss, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, resident, in-charge, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, case manager, captain
